Silicone Ink Screen Printing:

Silicone ink printing is widely used for screen printing patterns on textile garments.

First, we need to create a screen mesh,the mesh size is 120 if your design is large pattern,and 150 meshes for small pattern.Thus the edge after printing looks very neatly and nice.

Most of silicone are heat cure with 2% catalyst together with the silicone ink usually.To prepare different silicone ink printing,catalyst and pigments for different printing effects.For example, we have heat transfer silicone,glossy silicone,matte silicone,suede puff silicone,flocking silicone,embossing silicone,natural drying silicone,molding silicone,rope dipping silicone,webbing silicone,anti slip silicone for socks gloves breeches.

Push the mixing silicone ink completely on the screen mesh with a suitable squeegee. Bake the surface dry to push another layer each time,after all finished,bake it 10 seconds in the oven with temp 120-140℃
