The shell is design as popular V shape on top. Regular material is PE and ABS. PE shows excellent puncture resistance, cracking resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation (especially high frequency insulation), while ABS shows good impact resistance, heat resistance, puncture resistance, cracking resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties. The V Gard safety helmet is very popular because they provide a near-perfect combination of strength, affordability and comfort. The V Gard safety helmet comes with a lightweight adjustable suspension which fit head 52-64cm. These hard hats are frequently purchased and worn by industrial workers because they fit the needs of most industrial settings.

Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free? 

A: If the sample is our existing model, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for if the sample is newly developed as customer design, we need to collect the sample charge and mould develop charge.

A: 30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.
