Machine Brief Description

The PLA extrusion lamination machine is mainly designed for the laminating of paper, non-woven fabrics, woven bags and other products. Specially uses for lamination grade PLA, and meanwhile LDPE, LLDPE, PP as coating material are also acceptable , it can realize double-sided simultaneous laminating.

The machine is equipped with automatic paper splicing, automatic tension control and automatic correction functions. Entire Machine control by PLC, weight more than 50Tons, to ensure machine stable while running at 180M/Min.

The lactic acid or lactide required for the production of polylactic acid can be obtained by fermentation, dehydration, and purification of renewable resources. The obtained polylactic acid generally has good mechanical and processing properties, while the polylactic acid product can be discarded. It degrades quickly in various ways.
